Our 2A Geography class visited Mitchelstown Cave on Thursday 25/10/2018. The learned about how the cave was discovered, how it was formed and how all the underground features were made.

After the trip to the cave they went on a hike to Lough Curra on the north side of the Galtee Mountains.

Thanks to their Geography teacher Mr. Donovan for organising the trip and to Mr. Bermingham, Mr. Mahon and Mr. Mc Donnell for accompanying them on the day.
